Seems you can sue the state for million

New Mexico’s wannabe tyrant in charge is about to learn a hard lesson. Under New Mexico’s civil rights act which the commie signed, anyone who’s rights are violated can sue for injunctive relief and be awarded up to $2,000,000 per person.

Every person who was affected by her recent 1st and 2nd Amendment ban under the guise “think of the children” needs to bleed her dry in court and then vote her out.
