What a monster! Based on S&W .500 round, modified for semi-auto use, this thing can cure almost any animal-related problem. Should be just the thing for hunting in Alaska.

At any rate, it's a thumper for an auto loader. 
Personally I haven’t been impressed with the reliability of the big fat cartridges out of a AR. AR10 might handle it better, but I would have to shoot it a lot to get to where I would trust it.
