Dem states plan to sue Trump admin to block his progress

As much as I HATE drugs and drug dealers, pot shops do not violate the Constitution as they were legalized by the people of those states and operate only in those states. and therefore comes under state's rights. Either we believe in state's rights or an all powerful federal government. Texas legalized state only silencers and the feds did exactly what you are proposing to Texas. Can't have it both ways.

I don't really care about people smoking pot or doing any other drug but the supremacy clause is pretty clear and that is what they did to Texas so they should get it rammed right up their asses the same way. The simple fact is the democrats flout the law at every turn and we let them. All I am proposing is to not let them, just like they do to us at every turn.
