FBI Underwriting Citizen Use of Firearms for Self Defense

I think the title should be under reporting, rather than underwriting.
Nit picking aside, it's amazing how the various government agencies change direction depending on who the president is. Even without personnel changes, they seem to transform themselves to fit the current administration. (Except when bad orange man threatens their fiefdom).
