PORTLAND, OR (August 5, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a new federal Second Amendment lawsuit in the District of Oregon challenging Oregon’s recently passed House Bill 2005, which functionally bans self-manufactured firearms.
