[FPC News] FPC Sues to Bust Oregon’s Ban On So-Called “Ghost-Guns”
PORTLAND, OR (August 5, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a new federal Second Amendment lawsuit in the District of Oregon challenging Oregon’s recently passed House Bill 2005, which functionally bans self-manufactured firearms. The case is captioned Montgomery v. Rosenblum. The complaint can be viewed at firearmspolicy.org/montgomery.
