We had a low of 34 this morning, 65 now and headed for 80 next week. That's a VERY bad thing. The warm weather will cause the fruit trees to bud early only to be killed by the frost that's sure to come between now and spring.
We spent yesterday afternoon cleaning and making some improvements to the chicken enclosure. Being new at this, some things needed attention. We had that one -30° day and everything was ok- water stayed unfrozen & they had wind barriers. But on mild days it’s nice to have the opportunity to do a few things. We haven’t had any snow to speak of, so not sure how we’re fixed for that. I guess we’ll see.

50 Degrees at my house. Going to Urology this morning for a prostate consult. First thing I'm telling the Doc is that no one is sticking anything up anywhere today!!!

Just got back from the urologist. She's gonna start me on Dutestaride to shrink my 90 gram prostate. I go back in May to find out if it works.
