Yes, it was ruled unconstitutional and a permanent injunction of enforcement was entered with a stay of 30 days. It will be appealed though but it looks like SCOTUS is ready to take on a case and this would be a good one to take on.
It would be nice if someone in the Republican Congress would resurrect the Safe Hearing Act. Not holding my breath.

It isn't all rainbows and sunshine, .50BMG rifles and ammo apparently aren't "Arms" protected by the 2A and neither are belt fed weapons.
