I have parts to build a 9mm. Maybe when snow flies and there’s nothing else that needs my attention…

The ‘working’ AR pistols I have are in 450 Bushmaster and 350 Legend. My son and I deer hunt with them during handgun season
I'm hoping to find one of those on the used market someday.
The folks from our previous “home” know I had some problems with this firearm and sent it back to S&W..upon it’s return it did better at first, but then started acting up again..FTF after 3-4 rounds..clear and then 3-4 more rounds..both the Speer Gold Dot and the Federal were hollow points..

Went back out this morning with 5 different loads, all fired quicker than allowed if I weren’t alone:
PMC Bronze, 124 gr, FMJ, 10 rounds, all good
S&B, 124 gr, FMJ, 10 rounds, all good
Blazer Brass, 124 gr, FMJ, 10 rounds, all good
MagTech, 115 gr, FMJ, all good
Hornady Critical Duty, 135 gr, FlexLock, all good

I then repeated the same order, firing 5 rounds of each, all good..

I then loaded one of the 23 round magazines with 4 rounds of each..ALL GOOD..

95 rounds, fired with 1 second (maybe a little less) between trigger pulls with no FTF..

What I was using originally were all 147 gr and hollow point.. it appears this firearm prefers lighter bullets with solid or polymer tips..I can live with that..my S&W AR22 doesn’t do well with HP either..

I’m happy😀
