Looks great. I've got to stay as it is not very healthy
"I had this theory. It was based loosely on the unremarkable observation that the old are always looking back with longing while the young, with the same longing, look ahead. One man remembers what the other imagines." Thomas Lynch, The Undertaking: Life Studies from a Dismal Trade
Best pork-T I’ve had was in a little town south of Waterloo Iowa- the dining room of a bowling alley. About like the one in the picture. The meat was just about the diameter of the plate, so the sides needed their own plate. I didn’t know if I wanted to go shoot a couple more roosters, or just sit there and eat more pork-T.
