Found a new place in town, locally prepared and seems to be cheaper than factory

A new factor meal:
Honey Butter Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes, roasted zucchini & caramelized onions. ![]() The breast was a little less dry than usual and I added some Texas Pete. The only honey butter flavor was a little in the mash. The zucchini and onions were quite good. This one is a bit higher in carbs due to the mashed taters but the net carbs is not unreasonable. I need a break from the same ones over and over, I gave this one a MAYBE. Terry
Pretty simple tonight. A pork chop with pepper and garlic salt along with a couple small baked potatoes with sour cream and dehydrated chives. Also salad with Italian dressing and croutons.

Another new Factor meal:
Baja Salmon with Cauliflower rice, broccoli & Jalapeno lime crema. ![]() A nice size chunk of salmon that was tender, juicy and very tasty. I added some Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili sauce on the salmon which worked very well. The broccoli was good but only 4 pieces was ridiculous! I marked this one a YES! 45 oz, holy moly! Enough for both of you and leftovers.
The last time I had leftovers the waitress asked if I wanted box for them. I made it three rounds before she knocked me out. |
