car bomb at border crossing

It was going into Canada from the US and redirected back into the us when it hit a pole and blew up

Initial reports are being dialed back. The video I saw seemed a bit small for a car packed with explosives. 100+ mph hitting an immovable object? Even at that speed, I'd think a gasoline explosion wouldn't be that quick but I'm not an expert.
