[FPC News] New FPC Lawsuit Challenges Federal Ban on Interstate Handgun Sales

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">FORT WORTH, Texas (January 21, 2025)—Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) have filed an important new lawsuit challenging federal laws prohibiting licensed firearm dealers from selling handguns to out-of-state buyers. The case, </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Elite Precision Customs v. ATF</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">, can be accessed at </span><a href="http://firearmspolicy.org/eliteprecision"><span style="font-weight: 400;">firearmspolicy.org/eliteprecision</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. This lawsuit is part of FPC and FPCAF’s </span><a href="https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2024/06/supreme-court-nra-gun-laws-bump-stocks.html"><span style="font-weight: 400;">high-impact</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> strategic litigation program, </span><a href="http://fpclaw.org/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">FPC Law</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, which aims to eliminate unconstitutional laws and create a world of maximal liberty. FPC is joined in the litigation by two individual FPC members as well as </span><a href="https://www.eliteprecisioncustoms.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Elite Precision Customs</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, a federally licensed firearm retailer in Texas. FPCAF is counsel of record in this matter. </span></p>

I've never watched TV much but now that I'm retired I am.  I'm amazed at all the pomp and ceremony going on. It's going on to 8 hours now. The Mississippi Valley college marching band was PHENOMENAL!
I talked a friend in a Seattle suburb and he reported that the amount of fireworks in his neighborhood this morning was incredible. Could it be that even in far left Seattle the tide is turning?  Nah, that's just wishful thinking.

45 is now 47.

Well crap! Watching the acceptance speech, it appears he is more of a blow hard than before. I had hoped he'd tone it down a bit. I especially found his first part to be distasteful, we all know what happened in previous administrations and there's no need to bring it up now.

Glad we did not go & canceled

Talking to a friend who is in the same hotel (military base) with retired federal government LEOSA credentials (he worked in DC) as well as being retired military

Things are sporty, lots of canceled events, lots of SOTA tech and even with his credentials he can’t go anywhere armed with even a Swiss army pocket knife……

Asked another friend who’s son is a LEO in the area….he said “that’s why we went to Tampa for the week” 😱😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It ain’t the cold……..

Instead of showing a name with a line drawn thru it, can you just delete them completely

When I check out the site from my phone all I see is a long list of user names in blue with a line thru the name

Thanks
