I picked up a half lb of belgioioso parmesan and grated some to put on a seafood casserole. I tasted it and it ls the best I've ever tasted!
Here's the recipe I used, with a few changes. Imitation crab instead of real crab, sour cream instead of milk, then I added canned clams and frozen peas. I'll edit this after it's done and report on the finished product.
Since the VA is issuing me a folding powered wheelchair we are finally planning on attending the world famous Iowa State Fair in Aug before HH6 goes back to school 😎😎😎😎
