Campbell</span></em></a> <span style="font-weight: 400;">lawsuit, which challenges Massachusetts’ ban on constitutionally protected, modern handguns commonly possessed and used for lawful purposes throughout the United States. The filing comes after the First Circuit Court of Appeals </span><a href="https://assets.nationbuilder.com/firearmspolicycoalition/pages/6166/attachments/original/1680897994/Granata_v_Campbell_Judgment.pdf?1680897994"><span style="font-weight: 400;">remanded</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> the case to be reheard in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">NYSRPA v.
