While I'm not a fan of plain canned oysters, they're ok. My ex brother in law sauteed some oysters with onions and garlic during a campout that were phenomenal. My favorite is breaded and deep fried oysters (heaven on a plate) but you have to be careful, they retain their heat surprisingly well and can burn your mouth.
