Forum Background and Color

Is there a way to get rid of the picture in the background?  Make it one uniform color? Also, is there a light mode?  Dark backgrounds with white lettering mess up my eyes.

Down at the bottom, look for We the People and change it to Red, White and Blue.

Odd.  I tried that before I started this thread and nothing happened.  Now it's working.
