Pork shoulders in the smoker

My hands were a little too messy to grab my phone, but I have two pork shoulders wrapped and on stage two. When they reach 200°, they’re done and ready to rest then be shredded.

Very nice!!! It's been a while since I did pulled pork. Been cooking chicken and try tips mostly due to not having the time for long smokes.
Where’s the meat???????
